अनेन विजिता गावो जिताश्च कुरवो युधि । अस्य शड्खप्रणादेन कर्ण मे बधिरीकृतौ,इन्होंने ही गौओंको जीता और युद्धमें कौरवोंको परास्त किया है। इनके शंखकी गम्भीर ध्वनि सुनकर मेरे तो कान बहरे हो गये थे
anena jitā gāvo jitāś ca kuravo yudhi | asya śaṅkhapraṇādena karṇau me badhirīkṛtau ||
