Chapter 55
कृपस्यैतदनीकाग्रयं प्रापपस्वैतदेव माम् । एतस्य दर्शयिष्यामि शीघ्रास्त्रं दृढधन्विन:
arjuna uvāca | kṛpasya etad anīkāgryaṃ prāpaya svaitad eva mām | etasya darśayiṣyāmi śīghrāstraṃ dṛḍha-dhanvinaḥ ||
アルジュナは言った。「クリパの軍のうち、最前にして最精鋭の隊へ、まっすぐ車を進めよ。堅弓のクリパに、武器の迅速なる運用を示してやる。」戦の熱気のただ中で、アルジュナは敵将を見定め、あえてその者との交戦を選び取る。技と決意を掲げつつ、御者には明確な戦術の意図をもって命じた。
