आचार्य-क्षमा, देśa–kāla-नīti, तथा भेद-दोषः

Teacher-Reconciliation, Timing-Policy, and the Fault of Factionalism

स्वनवन्तं महाशड्खं बलवानरिमर्दन: । प्राधमद्‌ बलमास्थाय द्विषतां लोमहर्षणम्‌,उस समय शत्रुमर्दन महाबली अर्जुनने घोर शब्द करनेवाले अपने महान्‌ शंखको खूब जोर लगाकर बजाया। जिसकी आवाज सुनकर शत्रुओंके रोंगटे खड़े हो गये

svanavantaṁ mahāśaṅkhaṁ balavān arimardanaḥ | prādhmad balam āsthāya dviṣatāṁ lomaharṣaṇam ||

ヴァイシャンパーヤナは語った。そのとき敵を砕く大力のアルジュナは身を固め、轟く音を放つ大いなる法螺貝を力いっぱい吹き鳴らした。その響きに敵軍は戦慄し、毛が逆立つほどであった。これは戦いの前に示す決意と正しき自信であり、味方を奮い立たせ、侵す者の心を揺さぶる合図である。
