तत्रोपस्पर्शनं कृत्वा नियतो नियताशन: । गोसहस्रफलं पुण्य प्राप्नोति भरतर्षभ

Transliteration

tatropsparśanaṃ kṛtvā niyato niyatāśanaḥ | gosahasraphalaṃ puṇyaṃ prāpnoti bharatarṣabha ||

Translation

おおバーラタ族の雄牛よ。そこで定められた沐浴を行い、身を慎み、食を節して暮らす者は、千頭の牛を施すのと等しい清らかな功徳を得る。
