कुरुक्षेत्रस्य तद्‌ द्वारं विश्रुतं भरतर्षभ । प्रदक्षिणमुपावृत्य तीर्थसेवी समाहित:

Transliteration

kurukṣetrasya tad dvāraṁ viśrutaṁ bharatarṣabha | pradakṣiṇam upāvṛtya tīrthasevī samāhitaḥ ||

Translation

バーラタ族の雄牛よ、これこそ名高きクルクシェートラの門である。巡礼者はそこに近づき、吉祥の作法に従って右回りに周回（プラダクシナ）し、ティールタへの奉仕に心を定めれば、心は静まり、内へと収斂してゆく。
