इस प्रकार श्रीमहाभारत वनपर्वके अन्तर्गत नलोपाख्यानपर्वमें नलदमयन्तीसमागमविषयक छिह्त्तरवाँ अध्याय पूरा हुआ
iti prakāraḥ śrīmahābhārate vanaparvaṇi antargate nalopākhyānaparvaṇi naladamayantīsamāgamaviṣayakaḥ ṣaṭsaptatitamo 'dhyāyaḥ pūrṇaḥ
かくして『マハーバーラタ』のヴァナ・パルヴァ（森の巻）に収められたナロー物語（ナローパークヒヤーナ）において、ナラとダマヤンティーの再会を扱う第七十七章は終わる。この結語は物語の完結と、苦難ののちに正しい秩序が回復することを告げ、忍耐と廉直がついには和解へ、そして個人の生におけるダルマの再建へと導くことを示す。
