नलस्य बाहुकत्वेन ऋतुपर्णनगरप्रवेशः
Nala as Bāhuka enters Ṛtuparṇa’s city
पूजां चास्या यथान्यायं कृत्वा तत्र तपोधना: । आस्यतामित्यथोचुस्ते ब्रूहि कि करवामहे,तदनन्तर वहाँ दमयन्तीका यथोचित आदर-सत्कार करके उन तपोधनोंने कहा--'शुभे! बैठो, बताओ, हम तुम्हारा कौन-सा कार्य सिद्ध करें"
pūjāṃ cāsyā yathānyāyaṃ kṛtvā tatra tapodhanāḥ | āsyatām ity athocus te brūhi kiṃ karavāmahe ||
しかるべき作法に従って彼女を丁重にもてなすと、苦行の功徳に富む仙人たちはその場で言った。「吉祥なる御方よ、どうぞお掛けください。申されよ——あなたの願いを成就するため、我らに何をなすべきか。」
