Śiva Grants the Pāśupata Astra (Pāśupata-Śastra Upadeśa) | शिवेन पाशुपतास्त्रदानम्
अथ जाम्बूनदवपुर्विमानेन महार्चिषा । कुबेर: समनुप्राप्तो यक्षैरनुगत: प्रभु:,तदनन्तर स्वर्णके समान शरीरवाले भगवान् कुबेर महातेजस्वी विमानद्वारा वहाँ आये। उनके साथ बहुत-से यक्ष भी थे
atha jāmbūnadavapur vimānena mahārcisā | kuberaḥ samanuprāpto yakṣair anugataḥ prabhuḥ ||
ヴァイシャンパーヤナは語った。やがて主クベーラが、ヤクシャたちを従え、燦然と輝く天の車に乗ってそこへ到来した。その御身は黄金の光沢を帯びていた。この場面は、富と秩序を守護する神的な護法の登場を示し、その臨在は権威と加護、そして正当な王権に伴う規律ある力を告げる。
