इन्द्रियाणां च पठचानां मनसो हृदयस्य च । विषये वर्तमानानां या प्रीतिरुपजायते

indriyāṇāṃ ca pañcānāṃ manaso hṛdayasya ca | viṣaye vartamānānāṃ yā prītir upajāyate

ヴァイシャンパーヤナは言った。五つの感官が—心と胸奥を伴って—それぞれの対象の中を巡るとき、その関わりから生じる快楽が起こるのである。
