निहत्य सर्वान्‌ द्विषतः समग्रान्‌ पार्था: समेष्यन्त्यथ याज्ञसेन्या । 'भीरु! तू महारानी द्रौपदीके लिये शोक न कर। तू समझ ले कि अभी वे पुनः यहाँ आ जायँगी। कुन्तीके पुत्र अपने समस्त शत्रुओंका संहार करके ट्रुपदकुमारीसे अवश्य मिलेंगे!

Transliteration

nihātya sarvān dviṣataḥ samagrān pārthāḥ sameṣyanty atha yājñasenyā | bhīru tvaṁ mahārāṇī draupadī-kṛte śokaṁ na kuru | tvaṁ budhyasva yathā sā adya punar iha āgamiṣyati | kuntī-putrāḥ sva-samasta-śatrūn saṁhatya drupada-kumārīṁ niyataṁ sameṣyanti ||

Translation

ヴァイシャンパーヤナは言った。「敵を一人残らず討ち果たしたのち、プṛターの子らは必ずヤージュニャセニーと再会する。おびえる王妃よ、ドラウパディーのために嘆くな。彼女は再びここへ戻って来るのだと悟りなさい。クンティーの子らは、すべての仇敵を滅ぼしてのち、必ずやドルパダ王の娘と再び相まみえる。」
