जयद्रथ-निग्रहः — Jayadratha Restrained, Shamed, and Released
प्रवर्ततां यथान्यायं सर्वतो हरनिवारित: । “भारत! उसी हलसे आपके यज्ञमण्डपकी भूमि जोती जाय। नृपश्रेष्ठ) उस जोती हुई भूमिमें ही उत्तम संस्कारसे सम्पन्न, प्रचुर अन्नपानसे युक्त और सबके लिये खुला हुआ यज्ञ यथोचितरूपसे प्रारम्भ किया जाय
pravartatāṃ yathānyāyaṃ sarvato haranivāritaḥ |
ヴァイシャンパーヤナは言った。「正しい規範に従って進めよ。四方を固め、儀礼のために定められたものが奪われぬようにせよ。おおバーラタよ、汝の祭場の地を、まさにその鋤で耕させよ。しかして王の中の最勝者よ、その耕された地の上に、しかるべく祭祀（ヤジュニャ）を開始せよ—正当な作法によって清められ、食と飲み物に富み、万人に開かれたものとして。」
