इस प्रकार श्रीमहाभारत वनपर्वके अन्तर्गत मार्कण्डेयसमास्यापर्वमें ब्राह्मणमाहात्म्यविषयक दो सौ दसवाँ अध्याय पूरा हुआ

Transliteration

iti prakāraṁ śrīmahābhārate vanaparvake antargata mārkaṇḍeyasamāsyāparvame brāhmaṇamāhātmyaviṣayaka dviśata-daśamo 'dhyāyaḥ pūrṇaḥ

Translation

かくして『シュリー・マハーバーラタ』の「ヴァナ・パルヴァ（森林篇）」、とりわけ「マールカンデーヤ・サマースヤ」小段において、婆羅門の偉大さと神聖さを説く第二百十章は完結する。この一句は正式な章末結語（コロフォン）として、教誨の一区切りの終わりを告げ、正しい行いと霊的修養の規律への敬意を強調する。
