इस प्रकार श्रीमह्याभारत वनपवके अन्तर्गत मार्कण्डेयसमास्यापर्वमें इन्द्रहुम्नोपाख्यानविषयक एक सौ निन्‍यानबेवाँ अध्याय पूरा हुआ

Iti prakāraḥ Śrīmahābhārate Vanaparvaṇi antargate Mārkaṇḍeyasamāsyāparvaṇi Indradyumnopākhyāna-viṣayaka ekaśata-ekonaviṃśatitamodhyāyaḥ pūrṇaḥ.

Translation

かくして、聖なる『マハーバーラタ』の林住篇（ヴァナ・パルヴァ）に属する「マールカンデーヤ・サマーシャ」章段において、インドラデュムナ物語を扱う第百九十九章は終わる。これはヴァイシャンパーヤナの語りによる当該部分の正式な結びである。
