वेगेन न््यपतद् भीमो निर्भयश्व पुनः पुनः आस्फोटयन क्ष्वेडयंश्व॒ तलतालांश्व वादयन्,वे निर्भय होकर बार-बार वेगपूर्वक कूदते-फाँदते, ताल ठोंकते, सिंहनाद करते और तालियाँ बजाते थे
vaiśampāyana uvāca | vegena nyapatad bhīmo nirbhayaś ca punaḥ punaḥ | āsphoṭayan kṣveḍayaṃś ca talatālāṃś ca vādayan ||
ヴァイシャンパーヤナは語った。恐れを知らぬビーマは、猛烈な速さで幾度も跳びはね躍り出て—掌を打ち鳴らし、戦の叫びを上げ、響き渡る手打ちの音を轟かせた。
वैशम्पायन उवाच
The verse highlights the kṣatriya ideal of fearlessness and energetic resolve: Bhīma’s loud, confident gestures symbolize inner courage and readiness to face peril without hesitation.
Vaiśampāyana describes Bhīma’s physical and vocal display—repeatedly leaping with force, clapping and striking his palms, and roaring—signaling boldness and an aggressive readiness for the challenge at hand.
