न होतत् संयुगे कर्तुमपि शक्तः सुरेश्वर: (ध्रुवं धनंजय प्रीतस्त्वयि शक्र: पुरार्दन ।) सुरासुरैरवध्यं हि पुरमेतत् खगं महत्
na hotat saṁyuge kartum api śaktaḥ sureśvaraḥ (dhruvaṁ dhanaṁjaya prītas tvayi śakraḥ purārdana |) surāsurair avadhyaṁ hi puram etat khagaṁ mahat
「戦場においては、神々の主といえどもそれを成し遂げることはできまい。まことに、ダナンジャヤよ、シャクラ（インドラ）は汝を喜び給う、プーラールダナよ。なぜなら、この大いなる飛翔する都は、神々にも阿修羅にも不落不壊、まことに不侵の城だからである。」
