Transliteration

tato vicārya bahuśo rathamārgeṣu tān hayān | prācodayat same deśe mātalir bharatarṣabha ||

Translation

それからマータリは、戦車の轍に沿うべき道筋を幾度も思案したのち、平らな地を越えてその馬たちを前へと駆り立てた――バーラタ族の雄牛よ。
