एतत् प्लक्षावतरणं यमुनातीर्थमुत्तमम् । एतद् वै नाकपृष्ठस्य द्वारमाहुर्मनीषिण:,यह यमुनाजीका प्लक्षावतरण नामक उत्तम तीर्थ है। मनीषी पुरुष इसे स्वर्गलोकका द्वार बताते हैं
etat plakṣāvataraṇaṁ yamunātīrtham uttamam | etad vai nākapṛṣṭhasya dvāram āhur manīṣiṇaḥ ||
ここはプラクシャーヴァタラナ(Plakṣāvataraṇa)、ヤムナー河の最上の聖なる渡しである。賢者たちは、この場所こそ天界への門であると説く。
लोगश उवाच
The verse teaches that certain tīrthas are regarded by the wise as ‘gateways to heaven,’ implying that spiritual ascent is supported by purity, reverence, and dharmic conduct associated with pilgrimage and sacred places.
Lomaśa points out a specific holy ford on the Yamunā called Plakṣāvataraṇa and praises its exceptional sanctity, describing it as an entrance to the heavenly realm according to sages.
