Krishna explains the purpose of his coming to Vidura
kamalanayana! tava darśanena tvayi mama yaḥ prema-vegodrekaḥ samutpannaḥ, tasya tava purataḥ kathaṃ varṇanaṃ kriyāt? tvaṃ hi sarva-deha-dhāriṇām antaryāmī ātmā (ataḥ svayam eva sarvaṃ paśyasi jānāsi ca).
The verse emphasizes the doctrine of the Antaryāmin: the divine (here addressed as Śrī Kṛṣṇa) dwells as the inner Self in all beings and therefore knows everything directly. It also highlights the ethical posture of humility—recognizing that one’s feelings and intentions are already known to the indwelling witness.
In the Śrī Kṛṣṇa–Vidura dialogue within the Bhagavad-yāna section of Udyoga Parva, the speaker expresses an overwhelming devotional love upon seeing Kṛṣṇa and admits that describing it is unnecessary, since Kṛṣṇa, as the inner knower of all embodied beings, already perceives and understands it.
