इति श्रीमहाभारते उद्योगपर्वणि भगवद्यानपर्वणि श्रीकृष्णप्रयाणे चतुरशीतितमो<ध्याय:

Transliteration

iti śrīmahābhārate udyogaparvaṇi bhagavadyānaparvaṇi śrīkṛṣṇaprayāṇe caturaśītitamo 'dhyāyaḥ

Translation

かくして『シュリー・マハーバーラタ』の「ウド्योग・パルヴァ」—とりわけ主の外交使命を述べる章段—において、シュリー・クリシュナの出立を語る第八十四章は終わる。この奥書は転換を示す。クリシュナは使者として出立し、戦が不可避となる前にダルマにかなう解決を求めるのであり、正しい諫言と和平の試みは暴力に先立ってなされるべきことを明らかにする。
