कुरुसभायां केशवागमन-सत्कारविधानम् / Preparations to Honor Keśava at the Kuru Court
तस्मिन् ग्रामे प्रधानास्तु य आसन् ब्राह्मणा नृप । आर्या: कुलीना ह्वीमन्तो ब्राद्मीं वृत्तिमनुछिता:
tasmin grāme pradhānās tu ya āsan brāhmaṇā nṛpa | āryāḥ kulīnā hrīmanto brāhmīṁ vṛttim anucchitāḥ ||
ヴァイシャンパーヤナは言った。「王よ、その村に住む主だったバラモンたちは、高貴にして良き家柄の出で、ふるまいは慎み深く、バラモンにふさわしい生業と生活の道を堅く守っていた。」
