अनादृत्य तु तद् वाक्यमर्थवद् द्रोणभीष्मयो: । ततः स संजयं राजा पर्यपृच्छत पाण्डवान्,द्रोणाचार्य और भीष्मकी बातें सार्थक और सारगर्भित थीं, तथापि उनकी अवहेलना करके राजा धृतराष्ट्र पुन: संजयसे पाण्डवोंका समाचार पूछने लगे
anādṛtya tu tad vākyam arthavad droṇabhīṣmayoḥ | tataḥ sa saṃjayaṃ rājā paryapṛcchata pāṇḍavān ||
ヴァイシャンパーヤナは言った。ドローナとビ―シュマの言葉は意味深く重みがあったにもかかわらず、ダリタラーシュトラ王はそれを顧みず、やがて再びサンジャヤに向き直って、パーンダヴァらの消息を問いただした。
