येषां युद्ध भीमसेनार्जुनाभ्यां तथाश्रिभ्यां वासुदेवेन चैव
yeṣāṃ yuddhaṃ bhīmasenārjunābhyāṃ tathāśribhyāṃ vāsudevena caiva |
サञ्जयは語った。「ビーマセーナとアルジュナ、さらに栄光ある者たち——ヴァースデーヴァ（クリシュナ）その人をも含めて——に対して戦を挑む者は、圧倒的な威力をもつ戦士たちとの衝突へ自ら踏み込むのだ。かかる人々が敵意を抱く、その念ひとつでさえ大地を、さらには天界をも焼き尽くし得る。ゆえに招き寄せられる戦は、ただの武器の勝負ではなく、賢明な諫言とダルマからの無謀な背反である。」
