Transliteration

sañjaya uvāca |

vr̥ddho bhīṣmaḥ śāntanavaḥ kr̥paś ca droṇaḥ saputro viduraś ca dhīmān |

ete sarve yad vadanti tad astu |

āyuṣmantaḥ kuravaḥ santu sarve ||

Translation

サンジャヤは言った。「老いたる毗湿摩――シャンタヌの子――と、クリパと、子を伴うドローナと、賢者ヴィドゥラ――彼らすべてが共に語るとおりにせよ。クル族の者たちが皆、長寿でありますように。」
