ततस्ते तापसा: सर्वे भार्गवस्थानुयायिन: । प्रेक्षका: समपद्यन्त परिवार्य रणाजिरम्,तदनन्तर परशुरामजीके साथ आये हुए वे सब तपस्वी उस संग्रामभूमिको सब ओरसे घेरकर दर्शक बन गये
tataste tāpasāḥ sarve bhārgavasthānuyāyinaḥ | prekṣakāḥ samapadyanta parivārya raṇājiram ||
それから、バールガヴァ（パラシュラーマ）に従うすべての苦行者たちは、観戦者として位置を占め、戦場を四方から取り囲んだ。この場面は、師への忠誠とダルマをめぐる争いの重みゆえに、世を捨てた者たちでさえ運命の一戦を見届けに来るのだと示している。
