तस्यायमागतः काल: समरस्य नराधिप । एतदर्थ मया सर्व कृतमेतद्‌ युधिष्ठिर,“तुमने कौरव-सभामें आये हुए श्रीकृष्णसे जो यह संदेश दिलाया था कि *राजन्‌! मैं शान्ति और युद्ध दोनोंके लिये तैयार हूँ।' नरेश्वर! उस समरका यह उपयुक्त अवसर आ गया है। युधिष्ठिर! इसीके लिये मैंने यह सब कुछ किया है

Transliteration

tasya ayam āgataḥ kālaḥ samarasya narādhipa | etadarthaṃ mayā sarvaṃ kṛtam etad yudhiṣṭhira ||

Translation

サンジャヤは言った。「王よ、その戦いにふさわしい時が今まさに到来しました。ユディシュティラよ、まさにこの目的のために私はすべてを成したのです――汝が和平にも戦にも備えているとの使信を伝え、事をこの決断の刻へと導いたのです。」
