Ulūka’s Provocation and Keśava’s Counter-Message (उलूकदूत्ये केशवप्रत्युत्तरम्)

अक्षय्याविषुधी चैव अग्निदत्तं च ते रथम्‌ । जानीमो हि रणे पार्थ केतुं दिव्यं च भारत,“भारत! हम अच्छी तरह जानते हैं कि तुम्हारे पास अक्षय बाणोंसे भरे हुए दो तरकस हैं, अग्निदेवका दिया हुआ दिव्य रथ है और युद्धकालमें उसपर दिव्य ध्वजा फहराने लगती है

akṣayyāviṣudhī caiva agnidattaṃ ca te ratham | jānīmo hi raṇe pārtha ketuṃ divyaṃ ca bhārata ||

サンジャヤは言った。「おお、バーラタよ。汝が尽きることなき二つの矢筒を持ち、また汝の戦車が火神アグニより授けられたことを、われらはよく知っている。さらに、戦のただ中では、その上に神聖なる旗が立ち上がり、風にたなびくことも知っている。」
