मधुरानूषरे देशे प्रभूतयवसेन्धने । यथैव हास्तिनपुरं तद्गच्छिेबिरमाबभौ,ऊसररहित मनोहर प्रदेशमें जहाँ घास और ईंधनकी बहुतायत थी, दुर्योधनकी सेनाका शिविर हस्तिनापुरकी भाँति सुशोभित होने लगा

madhurānūṣare deśe prabhūtayavasendhane |
yathaiva hāstinapuraṃ tadgacchibhiramābabhau ||
