Transliteration

carita-brahmacaryās te somapā bhūri-dakṣiṇāḥ | jayāya pāṇḍu-putrāṇāṁ samājam ūrm-mahīkṣitaḥ ||

Translation

ヴァイシャンパーヤナは語った。「しかるべき時に梵行（ブラフマチャリヤ）の誓いを守り、祭祀においてソーマを飲み、僧官に豊かなダクシナーを施したその王たちは、パーンドゥの子らの勝利のため、クルクシェートラの野に集い来たのである。」
