यदत्र युक्त प्राप्त च तद्‌ विधत्स्व विशाम्पते । उक्त भीष्मेण यद्‌ वाक्‍्यं द्रोणेन विदुरेण च,प्रजानाथ! अब तुम्हें भी जो उचित जान पड़े, वह करो। भारत! कौरवसभामें भीष्म, द्रोण, विदुर, गान्धारी तथा धृतराष्ट्रने मेरे सामने जो बातें कही थीं, वे सब आपको सुना दीं। राजन! यही वहाँका वृत्तान्त है

Transliteration

yad atra yuktaṁ prāptaṁ ca tad vidhatsva viśāmpate | uktaṁ bhīṣmeṇa yad vākyaṁ droṇena vidureṇa ca, prajānātha! ab tvāṁ api yo 'citaṁ jānīyāt tat kuru | bhārata! kauravasabhāyāṁ bhīṣma-droṇa-vidura-gāndhārī-dhṛtarāṣṭraiḥ mama samakṣaṁ yad uktam, tat sarvaṁ te śrāvitaṁ | rājan! eṣa eva tatra vṛttāntaḥ ||

Translation

ヴァーユ（Vāyu）は言った。「民の主よ（viśāmpati）、今この状況において相応しく、かつ必要となったことを行うがよい。カウラヴァ（Kaurava）の सभा にて、我が前でビーシュマ（Bhīṣma）、ドローナ（Droṇa）、ヴィドゥラ（Vidura）（同じくガーンダーリー（Gāndhārī）とドリタラーシュトラ（Dhṛtarāṣṭra））が語った言葉は、余すところなく汝に伝えた。バーラタ（Bhārata）よ、そこで起こったことはまさにこれである。今こそ、汝が正しいと判断するところに従い、決し、行え。」
