Krishna’s appraisal of Pandava advantage and war portents
इषवोत्र परिस्तोमा मुक्ता गाण्डीवधन्चना । महारथप्रयुक्ताश्च द्रोणद्रौणिप्रचोदिता:
iṣavo 'tra paristomā muktā gāṇḍīvadhanvanā | mahāratha-prayuktāś ca droṇa-drauṇi-pracoditāḥ ||
カルナは言った。「ここに見よ。密に放たれ、輪のごとく周囲を取り巻く矢の雨が、ガーンディーヴァを携える者（アルジュナ）より放たれた。これは大車戦士の放つ飛び道具であり、ドローナとその子（アシュヴァッターマン）の促しによって、なおいっそう駆り立てられ激しさを増している。」
