कुलीना शीलसम्पन्ना प्राणेभ्योडपि गरीयसी । महिषी पाण्डुपुत्राणां तथा विनिकृता त्वया,“द्रौपदी उत्तम कुलमें उत्पन्न, शील और सदाचारसे सम्पन्न तथा पाण्डवोंके लिये प्राणोंसे भी अधिक आदरणीय उन सबकी महारानी है। तथापि तूने उसके प्रति अत्याचार किया

Transliteration

kulīnā śīlasampannā prāṇebhyo 'pi garīyasī | mahiṣī pāṇḍuputrāṇāṃ tathā vinikṛtā tvayā ||

Translation

ヴァイシャンパーヤナは言った。「ドラウパディーは名門に生まれ、徳と正しい行いを備える。パーンドゥの子らにとって、彼女は命にも勝って尊く愛しい、まさに正妃たる大后である。しかるに汝は彼女を踏みにじり、辱めたのだ。」
