दक्षिणा-दिक्, पितृपक्ष-प्रतिष्ठा, तथा कर्मगतिः — Suparṇa’s Cosmographic Instruction
अत्र तृप्ता हुतवहा: स्वां योनिमुपभुज्जते । अत्र पातालमश्रित्य वरुण: श्रियमाप च
atra tṛptā hutavāhāḥ svāṃ yonim upabhuñjate | atra pātālam āśritya varuṇaḥ śriyam āpa ca ||
ここでは、満ち足りた火神たちが自らの根源へと帰ってゆく。ここでもまた、ヴァルナ（Varuṇa）はパーターラ（Pātāla）に身を寄せて繁栄を得た。
