इदं तृतीयं भ्रातृणामर्थ यत्‌ स्थातुमिच्छसि । विशुद्धोईसि महाभाग सुखी विगतकल्मष:

Transliteration

idaṁ tṛtīyaṁ bhrātṝṇām artha yat sthātum icchasi | viśuddho 'si mahābhāga sukhī vigata-kalmaṣaḥ ||

Translation

ヴァイシャンパーヤナは言った。「これが兄弟たちのための第三の試練である。汝は己の安楽を顧みず、兄弟のためなら（たとえ地獄においても）留まろうとした。ゆえに、幸い大いなる者よ、汝の清浄は証明された。汝には罪の穢れが微塵もない。されば心安らかに、幸福を受けよ。」
