स्वर्गे दुर्योधनदर्शनम् | Duryodhana Seen in Heaven
Triviṣṭapa
न तन्मनसि कर्ताव्यं पुत्र यद् द्यूतकारितम् । द्रौपद्याश्न परिक्लेशं न चिन्तयितुमहसि
vaiśaṃpāyana uvāca |
na tan manasi kartavyaṃ putra yad dyūtakāritam |
draupadyāś ca parikleśaṃ na cintayitum arhasi ||
ヴァイシャンパーヤナは言った。「わが子よ、賭博（骰子）のゆえに為された過ちを心に留めてはならぬ。彼らのためにドラウパディーに降りかかった苦しみを、なお思い続けてもならぬ。それを思念から解き放て。」
