Transliteration

iti śrīmahābhārate śāntiparvaṇi rājadharmānuśāsanaparvaṇi durgapārīkṣāyāṃ ṣaḍaśītitamo 'dhyāyaḥ

Translation

かくして、尊き『マハーバーラタ』の「シャーンティ・パルヴァ」—とりわけ王の務めを説く「ラージャダルマ・アヌシャーサナ」—において、城塞を検分する第八十六章は終わる。この結語は、慎重なる統治と国政の術に関する一段の教説が完結したことを示す。
