Purohita-Niyoga and the Brahma–Kṣatra Concord
Aila–Kaśyapa Saṃvāda

Persistent collective wrongdoing is portrayed as generating a destructive cosmic response: sin itself becomes the cause for the manifestation of Rudra, and the resulting devastation can engulf both the virtuous and the wicked, emphasizing the social and cosmic fallout of widespread adharma.
Kaśyapa addresses “Ilānandana,” explaining a causal chain: when many people engage in sinful conduct, Rudra manifests; sinners, through their own sins, ‘produce’ Rudra; and Rudra then brings indiscriminate destruction affecting all—sādhu and asādhu alike.
