Transliteration
rāṣṭraṃ caranti yaṃ dharmaṃ rājñā sādhv-abhirakṣitāḥ
Translation
国は、徳ある王が正しく護るそのダルマに従うことで栄える。その守護のもと、民は秩序あるふるまいのうちに行き来し、生きる。
