Departure to Behold Bhīṣma
ततः कृष्णस्य वचनात् सात्यकिस्त्वरितो ययौ । उपगम्य च राजानं युधिष्ठिरमभाषत
tataḥ kṛṣṇasya vacanāt sātyakis tvarito yayau | upagamya ca rājānaṃ yudhiṣṭhiram abhāṣata
その後、クリシュナの言葉に従い、サーティヤキは急ぎ去った。ユディシュティラ王のもとへ近づくと、彼に語りかけた。
वैशम्पायन उवाच
The verse highlights disciplined responsiveness to righteous counsel: a trusted agent acts swiftly on Kṛṣṇa’s directive and reports to Yudhiṣṭhira, underscoring that dharmic governance depends on timely communication and obedience to wise guidance.
Vaiśampāyana narrates that Sātyaki, prompted by Kṛṣṇa’s words, quickly goes to King Yudhiṣṭhira and begins to speak to him, marking a transition to the message or counsel that will follow.
