Kṛṣṇa’s Dhyāna and the Prompt to Question Bhīṣma (कृष्णध्यानं भीष्मप्रश्नप्रेरणा च)

तव चाद्यस्य देवस्य क्षरस्यैवाक्षरस्थ च । दर्शन त्वस्य लाभ: स्यात्‌ त्वं हि ब्रह्ममयो निधि:,“आप आदिदेव तथा क्षर-अक्षर पुरुष हैं। आपका दर्शन उनके लिये महान्‌ लाभकारी होगा; क्योंकि आप ब्रह्ममयी निधि हैं!

tava cādyasya devasya kṣarasyaivākṣarasya ca | darśanaṃ tvasya lābhaḥ syāt tvaṃ hi brahmamayo nidhiḥ ||

ヴァースデーヴァは言った。「汝は原初の主、滅するものと滅せぬもの—その両者のプルシャの具現である。汝を拝することは、見る者にとって大いなる利得となる。なぜなら汝はブラフマンより成る宝蔵だからだ。」
