स कदाचिन्महेष्वास देवराजालयं गत: । सत्कृतश्च महेन्द्रेण प्रत्यासन्नगतो5भवत्‌,महाधनुर्धर नरेश! एक समय वे नारदजी देवराज इन्द्रके यहाँ पधारे। इन्द्रने उन्हें अपने समीप ही बिठाकर उनका बड़ा आदर-सत्कार किया

Transliteration

sa kadācin maheṣvāsa devarājālayaṁ gataḥ | satkṛtaś ca mahendreṇa pratyāsannagato 'bhavat |

Translation

ビーシュマは言った。「大弓の勇者よ、ある時ナ―ラダは神々の王の宮殿へ赴いた。インドラ（マヘーンドラ）は礼を尽くして迎え、傍らに座らせ、格別の敬意をもって遇した。」
