एतत्‌ ते कथितं पुत्र यथावदनुपृच्छत: । सांख्यज्ञाने तथा योगे यथावदनुवर्णितम्‌

Transliteration

etat te kathitaṃ putra yathāvad anupṛcchataḥ | sāṅkhyajñāne tathā yoge yathāvad anuvarṇitam ||

Translation

ビーシュマは言った。「わが子よ、汝の慎み深い問いに応じ、われはこれらを正しく、しかるべき順序で説き明かした。この同じ事柄は、サーンキヤ（分別智）とヨーガ（修行）の学においても、正確に述べられている。」
