कामं स तव तुष्टात्मा कुर्याच्छापविमो क्षणम् । “राजन! तुम ब्रह्मण्यदेव भगवान् विष्णुके भक्त हो और वे श्रीहरि देवता तथा असुर सबके गुरु हैं। उनका मन तुमपर संतुष्ट है; इसलिये वे तुम्हारी इच्छाके अनुसार तुम्हें अवश्य शापसे मुक्त कर देंगे
kāmaṃ sa tava tuṣṭātmā kuryāc chāpavimokṣaṇam |
ビーシュマは言った。「その御方の御心は汝に満足しておられる。ゆえに、もし御意のままなら、汝を呪い（śāpa）から解き放つことがおできになる。」
