तमुद्यन्तं द्विजश्रेष्ठ वैनतेयसमद्युतिम् ददृशु: सर्वभूतानि मनोमारुतरंहसम्
tam udyantaṃ dvijaśreṣṭha vainateyasamadyutim dadṛśuḥ sarvabhūtāni manomārutaraṃhasam
そのとき、あらゆる生きとし生けるものは、最勝の二度生まれの聖者シュカデーヴァが上方へ昇ってゆくのを見た。彼はヴァイナテーヤ（ガルダ）に等しく輝き、思いと風のごとく迅速であった。
