एतावदुकक््त्वा वचनं पराशरसुत: प्रभु: । उक्त्वा पुत्रमधीष्वेति व्योमगड्रामगात् तदा
Transliteration
etāvad uktvā vacanaṃ parāśara-sutaḥ prabhuḥ | uktvā putram adhīṣveti vyoma-gaṅgām agāt tadā ||
Translation
ビーシュマは言った。「これだけを語り終えると、パラーシャラの子にして大いなる主、ヴィヤーサは、わが子に告げた。『さあ、いまよりヴェーダの誦読と学修に取りかかれ。』こうして不学（アナध्याय）の規定を示し終えるや、彼は天上のガンガーの岸へと去って行った。」
