Yajña-bhāga-vyavasthā and the Pravṛtti–Nivṛtti Framework (यज्ञभागव्यवस्था तथा प्रवृत्तिनिवृत्तिधर्मविवेचनम्)
एतद् व: सर्वमाख्यातं स्वाध्यायस्य विधिं प्रति । उपकुर्याच्च शिष्याणामेतच्च हृदि वो भवेत्
etad vaḥ sarvam ākhyātaṃ svādhyāyasya vidhiṃ prati | upakuryāc ca śiṣyāṇām etac ca hṛdi vo bhavet ||
ビーシュマは言った。「スヴァーディヤーヤ（svādhyāya――自ら学び、聖なる学を誦すること）の正しい作法について、私はこれらすべてを汝らに余すところなく説き明かした。これを堅く心に留めよ。なぜなら、それは弟子たちへの真の利益となり、正しい学びによってダルマの規律を支えるからである。」
