Śānti-parva Adhyāya 3: Karṇa’s training under Rāma Jāmadagnya and the Bhārgava restriction on the Brahmāstra

शापस्यान्तो भवेद्‌ ब्रद्नन्नित्येवं तमथाब्रवम्‌ | भविता भार्गवाद्‌ रामादिति मामब्रवीद्‌ भूगुः,“तब मैंने उनसे कहा--'ब्रह्मन! इस शापका अन्त भी होना चाहिये।” यह सुनकर भृगुजी बोले--“'भृगुवंशी परशुरामसे इस शापका अन्त होगा”

śāpasya anto bhaved brāhmann ity evaṃ tam athābravam | bhavitā bhārgavād rāmād iti mām abravīd bhṛguḥ ||

ナーラダは言った。「そこで私は彼に言った。『婆羅門よ、この呪いにも終わりがあるべきです。』それを聞くと、ブリグは私に答えた。『その終わりは、ブリグ族のラーマ(パラシュラーマ)によってもたらされる。』」

Nārada reports that he urged the addressed Brāhmaṇa that the curse should have an end. Bhṛgu then informs Nārada that the curse’s cessation will occur through Bhārgava Rāma (Paraśurāma).
