Mahābhārata 12.293
सद्धिस्तु सह संसर्ग: शोभते धर्मदर्शिशि: । नित्यं सर्वास्ववस्थासु नासद्धिरिति मे मति:
saddhiḥ tu saha saṁsargaḥ śobhate dharmadarśiṣi | nityaṁ sarvāsv avasthāsu nāsaddhir iti me matiḥ ||
善き人々との交わりのみがふさわしく、真にダルマを見通す者の飾りとなる。いかなる境遇にあっても、いかなる時にも、悪しき者との交わりは選ぶべきではない——これが私の確固たる信念である。
