विधवा यस्य विषये नानाथा: काश्चनाभवन्‌ | सदैवासीत्‌ पितृसमो रामो राज्यं यदन्वशात्‌,“उनके राज्यमें कोई भी स्त्री अनाथ-विधवा नहीं हुई। श्रीरामचन्द्रजीने जबतक राज्यका शासन किया, तबतक वे अपनी प्रजाके लिये सदा ही पिताके समान कृपालु बने रहे

vidhavā yasya viṣaye nānāthāḥ kāścanābhavan | sadaivāsīt pitṛsamo rāmo rājyaṃ yad anvaśāt |

その国では、いかなる女も支えを失った困窮の寡婦とはならなかった。ラーマが国を治めるかぎり、彼は民に対して常に父のごとく慈悲深く、絶えず守り育てた。
