Chapter 29

रन्तिदेवं च सांकृत्यं मृतं संजय शुश्रुम । सम्यगाराध्य य: शक्राद्‌ वरं लेभे महातपा:

Rantidevaṃ ca Sāṃkṛtyaṃ mṛtaṃ saṃjaya śuśruma | samyag ārādhya yaḥ Śakrād varaṃ lebhe mahātapāḥ ||

ヴァーユは言った。「サンジャヤよ、王ランティデーヴァもサーンクリティも亡くなったと我らは聞く。だがその大苦行者は、シャクラ(インドラ)を正しく礼拝し、十分に満足させたゆえに、彼から一つの恩寵を得たのだ。」
