शुक्ल: शुक्लाभिजातीय: साध्यो नावर्ततेडनघ । तिर्यग्गतेश्व निर्मुक्तो निरयाच्च पितामह
yudhiṣṭhira uvāca |
śuklaḥ śuklābhijātīyaḥ sādhyo nāvartate 'nagha |
tiryaggateṣv anirmukto nirayāc ca pitāmaha ||
ユディシュティラは言った。「罪なき祖父よ、彼は『シュクラ』――清らかな家系に生まれ、性質もまた清浄であった。どうやら彼は真にサーディヤの神であったのだろう。ゆえに再びこの世の存在へ戻ることはない。彼は獣や鳥として生まれる境涯からも、また地獄からも解き放たれたのだ、祖父よ。」
